Product Description

Yagi Antenna Lora High Gain Dual Polarization
Product Description
GL-DYU4YG12S – High-Gain 12-14 dBi UHF Yagi Antenna for Outdoor Directional Applications
The GL-DYU4YG12S is a robust directional Yagi antenna designed for the 380-470MHz UHF band, delivering a high gain of 12-14 dBi with excellent VSWR ≤1.5 for focused, long-range communication. It features selectable vertical or horizontal polarization, a 40° horizontal and 35° vertical beamwidth, a front-to-back ratio ≥18 dB, 50Ω impedance, and supports up to 100W average power. Constructed with 10 solid welded aluminum elements, the antenna is built for durability. It measures 128cm in length, weighs 1.5kg (including installation kit), and comes with a 0.3m 3D-FB cable terminated with an N-Female connector. Rated for outdoor use in temperatures from -40°C to +70°C, 5-95% humidity, and wind speeds up to 200 km/h, it is compatible with Φ40-50mm mounting masts. Ideal for long-range point-to-point links, UHF broadcasting, remote telemetry, and directional wireless systems requiring reliable high-gain performance.

FAQ
Q1: Can I get a sample of this UHF antenna?
A: Yes, samples are available for evaluation. Please contact our sales team to request one.

Q2: What is the difference between a UHF antenna and a VHF antenna?
A: UHF antennas operate at higher frequencies and generally have shorter wavelengths, making them more compact and suitable for urban or obstructed environments compared to VHF antennas.

Q3: Is the antenna resistant to corrosion and UV exposure?
A: Yes, quality UHF antennas are typically constructed from materials that resist corrosion, UV damage, and weathering for long-term outdoor durability.

Q4: How is the antenna typically installed?
A: It can be easily mounted on a mast, pole, or vehicle roof using standard mounting hardware. Detailed instructions and necessary accessories are usually included.

Q5: Does it require a ground plane to function properly?
A: Some UHF antennas perform best with a ground plane, while others are ground plane independent. Check the product specifications for details.
